It’s interesting links day and I hope each one of my readers has had an amazing week. In this week’s links we have a rundown of: what ‘ideal’ body shapes looked like over time, 40 photos of kids and their parents side by side, 10 women who posed as men to get ahead, and 50 people you wish you knew (cos they’re cooler than cool!).
I hope everyone has had a brilliant weekend, and enjoys this list. My next feature post is just days away!
The “Ideal” Body Looks NOTHING Like It Used To
This link is probably my favourite of the bunch. It was interesting to see the changes in ideas for women’s bodies over the decades, the article also reminders us not to take too much stock in trends when it comes to our bodies.
40 Side-By-Side Photos Of Parents And Kids That Will Have You Seeing Double
This compilation was cute, so I thought some of my followers might like it.
10 women who ‘became men’ to get ahead
Recently, female DJ, Tatiana Alvarez spent a year posing as a man and found her work schedule suddenly became fully booked as a result. In response, Daily Life have put together this list of other women who reaped the benefits of pretending to be men.
50 People You Wish You Knew In Real Life
Some really weird and wonderful people were included in this list, but in all honesty, I’m mostly posting because of the fifth photo. The expressions are gold, but you’ll have to look to find out for yourself! I hope you enjoy some of the other photos too.
Hope you enjoyed today’s post. I love reading and responding to everyone’s comments, so feel free to leave a comment of your own.
