This week's feature video is short but funny. I won't…
This weeks links offer a few interesting browsing opportunities. Today you’ll discover some of the commonly used words invented by William Shakespeare, what your sleeping position says about your relationship, as well as some pretty awesome ye old photographs.
Take a look… 🙂
To celebrate William Shakespeare’s 450th birthday this week, I thought I’d share this brilliant link. This is only a fraction of the words he’s invented, but this gives you a real appreciation for his work. My favourite words were lonely, generous and hurry. Simple words, but imagine expressing these feelings without them…
Take a read and see which position fits the way you and your partner sleep (sorry single people). The results discussed in this article are based on a study that polled 1000 people and the way they sleep.
Another link the single people, and some not so single people, will probably hate. If you’re stuck for romantic ideas this might also be a good one for inspiration. There’s certainly some creative people out there.
This is a good collection of vintage photographs displaying notable historical images. Images such as Hitler rehearsing a speech and the statue of liberty before it was assembled. I particularly found the pool mask designed to keep the sun off women’s faces creepy, along with the ‘baby cage’, meant to ensure children got enough sunlight… Ekkk!
Hope you enjoyed today’s post. I love reading and responding to everyone’s comments, so feel free to leave a comment of your own.
